CONGRATULATIONS to Sally Brown, Jessica MacKay and Taylor Ellison for their selection to represent Australia at the 2007 World Age Games Trampoline Championships to be held in Quebec Canada in November 2007.
AUSTRALIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS will be held in Bendigo in July 2008. The following Ryde members will be representing NSW - Alicia Ditchburn, Jessica Mackay, Danielle Ayrton, Taylor Ellison, Michael Burke and Lucy Humphries. We wish them the best of luck as they compete in their various age groups over the following events - individual trampoline, synchronised trampoline and double mini trampoline.
2008 NSW STATE TITLES – On the 5th and 6th of April Gosford hosted the NSW State Championships, again Ryde came away with a swag of Medals.
- Megan Adams competing in under 11’s Women’s came 1st place in Individual Trampoline and 1st place in Double Mini Trampoline, Megan also qualified for the Nationals but is too young to compete.
- Taylor Ellison competing in under 13’s Women’s came 1st place in Individual Trampoline, 1st place in Double Mini Trampoline and 1st place in Synchronised Trampoline
- Lucy Humphries competing in Under 15’s Women’s came 1st place in Individual Trampoline
- Michael Burke competing in Under 15’s Men’s came 3rd in Individual Trampoline and 3rd in Double Mini Trampoline. Michael also qualified for his 1st Nationals.
- Jessica MacKay competing in Junior Elite came 1st place in Individual Trampoline
- Dani Ayrton competing in Senior Elite came 2nd in Individual Trampoline, 2nd in Double Mini Trampoline and 1st place in Synchronised Trampoline.

RYDE RSL GRADE AND AGE COMPETITION - February 2008 - What a great day for competing in your first trampoline competition or attempting to pass a new Level or for qualifying Nationals, and what a very successful day. Around 100 competitors, lots of hard work and lots of great results. Thank you to all competitors, our parent helpers, the judges, coaches and spectators for making this day successful.
